Smores Chocolate monster shake

Monstrously delicious! As seen on Expresso Morning Show or Afternoon Express on SABC 3. Serves 2 Recipe by Stephanie Louw

INGREDIENTS

2 x chocolate Clover Super M

  • 200g white chocolate, melted
  • 100s and 1000s
  • Vanilla ice cream
  • Chocolate wafer sticks
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Method

  1. Dip rim of glass in white chocolate, then in the 100s and 1000s and swirl some melted chocolate on the inside of the glasses.
  2. Scoop 2 balls of ice cream into each glass.
  3. Pour the chocolate Super M over.
  4. Top with Clover whipped cream and mini marshmallows.
  5. Blow torch the mini marshmallows and stick 2 chocolate wafer sticks into the  shake.
