Thick And Creamy Rocky Road Hot Chocolate

Method

1. Place 2 biscuits onto a microwave safe dish, then place one marshmallow on the center of each biscuit.
2. Place the biscuits into the microwave and microwave on high for 30 seconds – 1 minute until the marshmallow puffs up, remove from the microwave, sprinkle with chopped peanuts and quickly top off with the remaining two biscuits and squash the biscuits lightly until the marshmallow oozes off the sides. Set aside.
3. Place the SuperM and cream into a sauce pot and bring to a boil.
4. Pour the hot chocolate mixture into two serving mugs, place some mini marshmallows into each mug and drizzle some melted chocolate over the marshmallows.
5. Serve the hot chocolate with the marshmallow sandwiches for dunking.
