Sift dry ingredients together.
Beat butter, sugar, eggs and zest until light and creamy.
Add dry ingredients, alternating with milk, to butter mixture.
Place in 28 x 19cm ovenproof dish and press in apple and blueberries.
Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and bake in preheated 180°C oven for 30 – 45 minutes, until golden brown and done.

Prepare sauce by combining ingredients and bringing to boil.
Remove and pour half of sauce over pudding.
Bake for another 10 minutes and serve with remainder of sauce.

For dressing:
Mix the lime juice and sugar together until sugar has dissolved.
Set aside until needed.
Lightly brush the chicken breasts with some of the melted butter and season to taste.
Grill the chicken in a preheated griddle pan over moderate heat for 5 – 7 minutes on both sides or until cooked.
Remove from heat and allow to cool.
For salad:
Place the mushrooms in the griddle pan and grill with the remaining butter for 3 – 5 minutes or until tender.
Season to taste and set aside.
Toss the lettuce or herb leaves with the feta, onion, peppers, apple slices and nuts in a large mixing bowl.
Cut chicken into bite-size pieces and add with the mushroom to the salad.
Toss lightly to combine.
Divide the salad between 4 individual plates.
Drizzle the lime juice over and serve with a dollop of sour cream.

Measure and mix all the ingredients, except the vinegar, in a big mixing bowl until smooth. Divide the mixture into two bowls. Now add the white vinegar to the one bowl and the black vinegar to the other bowl. Mix well and take a moment to notice the colour variation. Keep refrigerated before use. Baste the lamb chops while roasting it on the braai.
Variations: Replace the raspberry with other berries such as strawberries, blueberries, gooseberries or mulberries.
