Makes: 2 cups
2 cups x Clover NoLac Milk
3 tablespoons x unsweetened cocoa powder
3 tablespoons x dark brown sugar, or coconut sugar
1 x cinnamon stick
the peels of half an orange
pinch of salt
½ cup x almost frozen coconut cream
In a pot combine the Clover NoLac, cocoa, brown sugar, cinnamon and orange peel.
Bring to a simmer with the salt and allow it to gently cook for 5 minutes while whisking to prevent the cocoa forming lumps.
While the cocoa is simmering add the coconut cream to a mixing bowl and whip until thick, stiff peaks form.
Strain and pour into serving glasses before topping with the whipped coconut cream and finish with a dusting of cocoa before serving.
