Clover’s unique double purifying method includes centrifugation. This removes 100% of the milk’s impurities, reduces bacteria by 90% and enhances its quality. The milk is then heated to 72°C to remove harmful bacteria.
It is Clover’s mission to reach our broad customer base daily, and to provide our trusting consumers with quality products.
We take great care to develop brands that are easily accessible and relevant to our consumers.
We take this so seriously that it is in fact our vision; to become a leading branded foods and beverages group in South Africa. And to provide accessible nutrition to all.

Not only will Clover Cheese create excitement within the Cheese Category, the brand will also gain on-shelf stand-out with our new look, innovations and new pack sizes.
Since 1834, Agri-Expo has been involved in the South African Dairy Industry, and they have been promoting dairy excellence with the annual South African Dairy Championships. They have been judging dairy for almost as long as Clover has been producing it.
